My favourite part about my job is providing customers with a strong understanding of the overall process, giving them confidence as they begin their new project with the assurance that we’ll be there with them every step of the way.
Our strong team at Kitchen Craft is truly amazing! We can easily refer to other designers to seek advice or get assistance, and our customers take notice of the positive environment and culture that we have built.
I greatly respect how important it is for us as designers to make a positive first impression with a customer. Sometimes there are hiccups that occur during the renovation process; however, we are always responsive to the customer’s needs; we work through any issues that need to be addressed and find solutions.
