Edmonton Kitchen Craft Retail Store Experience: 25 yrs
I graduated from NAIT, Architectural Technology, many years ago. After graduation, I took different positions in the design field but decided to specialize in kitchens. Ultimately, I became a kitchen designer because I found I like working with people. I enjoy the customer interaction in the showroom and in their homes, working with them to make their dreams come true.
In order to truly understand what my customer wants, I listen and put myself in their shoes to appreciate their needs. The interpretation of those needs are brought to life in my design.
My favorite part of the design process is when my customer gets genuinely enthusiastic. Their face will light up and they say “Yes! That’s exactly what I’m looking for!”

Ron and I worked together on the design process until we settled on the final design. Ron even visited my home to be sure of the measurements and create an accurate estimate of cost. I received a very detailed quote. Absolutely everything from that point forward was easy.
The rest of the team was also top notch. Whether it was Terie helping with the payment process, or the inspector who insisted on replacing a door with a minor scratch, or the staff at the showroom, the customer service was outstanding.
