When I came to Canada, as an architect from Brazil, I researched other fields that were relatable to my profession. I had experience in commercial interior design and felt that Kitchens presented a different creative avenue that was both interesting yet challenging at the same time.

I like to start with my customer by listening to them so I can an understanding of what their needs, style, space and budget is. From there I am able to hone in on the style and colour that reflects their lifestyle. There are other things to consider when pulling a look together, such as countertops and appliances.

We may not manufacture them but you have to be “in the know” as sizes and colours change and technology advances. Assisting my customer in choosing the right “compliments” for their cabinetry is important to me. It’s also important for me to note that as designer my work is not an individual effort. At Kitchen Craft we are a team that supports each other from the factory who produces good quality product to our outstanding customer service and our professional cabinet installers. So when you’re standing in your new kitchen, you’ll know the whole team had a hand in making your dreams come true.
